Ingredients and Preparation
Reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2
Slivered almonds, coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture over tops of chicken. Sprinkle with almonds and bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
